Max has worked for Jack Wimer Machine since 1998. He retired as a Colonel from the Army after a 26 year career managing and leading soldiers. He has a BS in Business Finance from the University of Idaho, a Master's in Public Administration from University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Master's in Strategic Resource Management from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
